Joe guided me to my next Broil King in his showroom, gave me last year's price, and then had it delivered (for free) within 48 hours! That's service! And always with a smile

(April 18, 2022, 2:28 pm)After spending a fair amount of time on the phone with a knowledgeable salesperson I paid Big Apple a visit. The store is well stocked and Joe made sure I had all the information I needed to make the best possible decision on the right grill for me. I found the pricing very competitive and the the service outstanding. I made a deal on Saturday and the unit was delivered the following Monday by someone who set it up and explained everything in detail. The whole experience was very positive.
