Not only does he adjust your spine, Dr. Acevedo also provides spectacular customized orthotics! I had bunions removed a few years back & he recommended I immediately use orthotics 24/7 to keep them from returning. My own foot surgeon had not mentioned this & they have been a God send. Yes there is a cost but they will last for years & improve your back overall, win win as far as I'm concerned. I highly recommend!

I decided to visit Dr. Acevedo after my mother had recommended him for my lower back pain. Dr. Acevedo was able to identify that I had scoliosis and flat feet after examination. After a few adjustments, my back felt new. All those years of lower back pain gone just after a few adjustments. Dr. Acevedo was also able to get custom-made orthotics for me which I purchased in order to support my flat feet. He knows exactly what he is doing and will treat your condition the best way possible. If I had never gone to Dr. Acevedo, I would probably never know I had scoliosis and flat feet. Therefore, you should always seek a chiropractor. My recommendation is Dr. Acevedo who is passionate about what he does and is always doing the best he can to make his patients feel better. God bless this man and his hands.

My actual name is Ramon Santiago. I had been a patient of Dr. Acevedo for years, and actually just got off the phone with him (I wanted to say hello etc). Folks, I can tell you, this is one of the very few Doctors, who has an incredible hands-on , and thoroughly comprehensive approach to Medicine. I am now disabled, and trust me, all throughout my years of service in both Law Enforcement and Fire Prevention, he kept it together for me. His value system of completely above par, and despite my declining state, he was able to help me cope with pain, and maintain me for as long as possible. (I have several serious spinal issues). I live in Michigan now, and sadly- I have yet to meet anyone that goes to the standard of this great Doctor. Don't short-change yourselves, he's elite. I have also been trained partly in medical , and worked for Health and Hospitals NYC, and can tell you , he did make a huge difference, and a standard which many other Doctors simply are not up to snuff to. Be well, stay safe and DO visit him.. You will never regret it. You'll also learn a lot from him as well. Thanks Doc !!!!

I’ve considered myself an active person since I was young, played sports and then started weight training out of high school. I used to jog frequently in 2018 but I would notice that a couple minutes into my jog my knees used to start hurting. As a young teen, I ignored the pain and kept on jogging frequently, I though it was normal. Aside from the knee pain, I would tend to have lower back pain as well when I would workout at the gym but I figured it was due to a hard fall I had while playing baseball. Fast forward two years later after being in pain constantly, I decided to go to Dr. Edward Acevedo, to check out my lower back pain. I come to find out that I have flat feet, my hips are uneven and my spine x-rays showed early signs of arthritis. Dr. Acevedo recommended to start treatment and get orthotics to support my flat feet and level my hips. Ever since August of 2020 I have been getting adjustments on my back and the relief my bones feel is amazing as my workouts have become pain free except for when my muscles get sore. The biggest surprise was when after a year of not jogging, I decided to jog again in my orthotics and I was relieved to feel no knee pain as I jogged from Woodside, Queens to Midtown Manhattan. I can now jog pain free and not feel miserable as I’m jogging up the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge. My goal was to stop having lower back pain, Dr. Acevedo not only has relieved me of that but has pointed out other issues that I would of never thought were related to one another.
