This is the only pharmacy I will go to despite the long drive. They are always friendly and efficient. I have not experienced such professionalism and true customer care at any other pharmacy, particularly CVS pharmacies.

The professional staff at this CVS Pharmacy location is superior in all aspects — knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and particularly effective and conscientious about customer service excellence. Previously, I was served by Katie (Pharmacy Tech). She was personable, answered all my questions, and particularly knowledgeable about the prescription. She engaged in conversation and made me feel valued as a customer.

More recently, I was served by Susan (Pharmacy Tech), who was exceptional, as always. She was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the visit a positive experience. All of my 5 prescription renewals were on-time and available. Susan is a superb ambassador for the pharmacy profession and CVS. She is to be congratulated, acknowledged, and rewarded.
