Excellent classic Taiwanese food. Super friendly staff who genuinely care if you enjoyed the food. Don't forget to check out the snacks they sell at the register for some more classic Taiwanese food not on the menu.
Worth the extra 10 min walk from flushing main st!! This place is the most authentic and homey Taiwanese restaurant I’ve been to in all of NYC.
Everything we ordered was amazing and felt like your mom’s cooking. Highlights were the flys head, Taiwanese cabbage, hainan chicken, braised pork rice, and steamed fish. Also great for large groups - they have two 12 person round tables. They even gave us complimentary red bean soup that was delicious!
Came here with a group of friends (many Taiwanese) and loved the food here! Definitely the most authentic I've had in NYC, and much better than what you'll find in Manhattan. It's not too far from the 7 line station either
Yummy delicious tradition Taiwanese food. There are so many nice variety to choose from, and they all look so good. Love the taste is not too strong and it’s not greasy! I’ll totally come visit again!
Amazing authentic Taiwanese food. They have been closed for over a year, just reopened two weeks ago. Large menu with all of our Taiwan food favorites. You can dine in with great service, or takeout food. Delivery service with UberEats, Fantuan, and Hungry Panda.
We ordered our favorites: stinky tofu, oyster pancakes, braised pork rice, braised pigs feet, dong po pork, three cup chicken, sauteed string beans and water spinach (kong xin cai), and candied taro chunks dessert.
10/30/2021: Had another great meal for takeout. We especially liked the Eggplant with garlic sauce (we asked for the spicy version) and our usual favorite appetiser Stinky tofu. We also enjoyed the Taiwan style rice noodles (not as good my mother-in-laws recipe, but very good, would order it again). They also now make and sell Taiwan style pastries for dessert.
4/9/2022: Highly recommend the Braised Pork with Preserved Bamboo Hakka-style dish. The Stinky Tofu and Oyster Pancakes are always tasty classic Taiwanese dishes.
