  The staff here are really knowledgeable and very helpful. The showroom is slightly small so there is not a great selection on site, but their customer service is wonderful.

  We renovated our bathroom a year ago and we worked with Raanan "Rani" and he was exceptional!! He walked us through step-by-step and explained exactly what we needed and how to get it done. We live in a pre-war coop building and he had excellent advice throughout the project. I recommend Blackman because their products are great and the prices are comparable. I highly recommend working with Rani and the folks in the Flushing Store because the service and knowledge were essential for a project like a bathroom gut rehab.

  Very helpful place. Employees and management are beyond helpful. I have been going here for years and I am not a plumber, but they are very helpful. This is the unicorn of plumbing supply places. In other plumbing supply stores, it is brutal and a rough culture between the language and attitude they use. Not in this place!
