  I had my white microfiber sofa cleaned -- Max was prompt with replying to my voicemail, showed up the same day, and was super diligent with cleaning the sofa. It looked so nice after he was done. Even got out a pen mark and black specks that were all over the sofa. Would highly recommend and use him again. Super reasonably priced too!

  They came today and they did a fantastic Job. Moved into this studio apartment two years ago and the carpet hasn't been detailed cleaned but after today I'm so glad I got in contact with them. A BIG THANK YOU GUYS.

  I was having a party and my couches had a smell of dog in them , from my German Shepherd, I called these guys and the cleaned it really good. No more smell and the hair is gone. They even got out a wine stain that I had on a pillow.

  I would like to say that, I had a very nice experience with this company. I read all of their reviews online, so I decided to go with them. I had them clean for me my living room and bedrooms. The man who who showed up was Glenn, he was on time and super friendly. He was very knowledgeable about carpets and how to clean them. The carpets came out really good and they were almost dry by the time he left. I highly recommend Preferred carpet cleaning. I am going to have them back at my house every year. You can not go wrong with the price and the service.

  I was running late getting home, and he waited up for me. Was very friendly and did not mind waiting. I had my large rug, sectional and recliner cleaned. Never even told him about the recliner over the phone. When I saw it being cleaned, I figured I would be charged extra for it...but I wasn't. That was very admirable!
