(November 22, 2022, 11:30 am)I am visiting my family in Queens and Just checked out Stormborn Strength and Fitness. This place has everything I needed for a good workout before the holidays. It’s super close to JFK if you are in the area.
They had all the tools you would need if you just want to get a workout in or if you are more into CrossFit. Definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area 👍🏽. -

(January 2, 2017, 11:35 am)Good local box. Wood/rubber floor combo is nice. Smaller but gets the job done. They only have hybrid bars. With the convenient location I'd go back.
