  On 8/25/19 had my grandsons 3rd birthday party there. Family and friends went. This was incredible everyone had a great time. The food was good and our hostess Felicia was fantastic. She took care of all our party needs. I am recommending to all our friends if they want to celebrate their childs birthday Launch is the place to go. But must ask for Felicia to be their host.

  Took my kid here. Had a great time. Best to go in the morning before the crowds. Paid for 90 minutes of jump time - I was done after 30. I’ll bring him back again soon.

  We visited the Launch facility on a Tuesday morning for the Toddler Time activity from 8-10am for kids 6 and under. At $15 (plus sock purchase) for the two hours of bouncing it was a great way to tire the kids out. The only downside was the staff; we arrived to an empty counter area and computers that were turned off even though the signage says you must complete the waiver before jumping. After I turned on the machines and 5 minutes of my kids excited yelling someone emerged from what I presume to be the break room. After checking us in, they retreated just as quickly and we didn't see them again until another family arrived and was asking me what they were supposed to do since no staff member was around to help them.

  I recently visited this park as part of a school trip (was chaperoning) and man is this place a blast.the only reason I didn’t give it the full 5 is because the rugs were disgusting but after speaking to one of the employees I could understand why. Genesis (phenomenal worker) told me there was a group before us and reassured they clean the rugs every night during closing. Besides that I had an amazing time with my group, the food is pretty pricey but worth it. The two people in charge were Genesis and Brandon, and they were amazing with the children. If you are booking any group events ask for these two.

  This is a long overdue review! In May we celebrated our daughters birthday, she had a blast!! All the kids were over the moon. George was a pleasure to work with, he made everything simple for us, we had many questions and he answered them all with ease and assurance, I loved his positive attitude. Brianna our host for the party was also very helpful and attentive, thanks making our night go by so smoothly. The food was also much much better than your average play house food. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to have a stress free birthday celebration for their kid(s). We can’t wait to go back and play!
