  Great location since it's around the corner from JFK. Breakfast is decent with a pleasing presentation and in a nice open and separate room from the entrance. Lisette at the front desk was extremely welcoming and attentive. The bed was comfortable and the room was well designed for its size. CONS: The shower is pretty small and mine had a leak so the bathroom floor was flooded after my shower. Additionally, the TV speakers are terrible and the way it's mounted on the wall, the sound is bouncing ineffectively against it which must suck for the neighboring room.

  Located 5 minutes away from the airport, that is so convenient. Has very nice clean rooms with an awesome view of the airport. Service is good with courteous workers. I love this place. Surprise service to the airport is frequent making it very convenient.

  This hotel was excellent the management and staff really catered to the needs and Comfort of their patrons. If any problems arose, they were right there to assist you. An excellent Hotel and experience.

  Comfortable, clean rooms and nice staff. Busy place but quiet at night which was great! Breakfast was good in the morning at the restaurant downstairs but I found the lunch and dinner menu very average and I didn't like that I had to eat in the lounge. There is a beautiful restaurant area down the stairs that I would much rather preferred to eat in and they could expand the menu for lunch and dinner. That would have made it 5 stars for me.
