I have been at this facility twice and both times I have had a very positive experience . The representatives at the counter are polite, courteous, they answer all questions patiently, they even come around to the computers to help us. Even when they’re really busy they do their best to help everyone in a timely manner.
Quite place but smell no good this environment is not 100 clean
The Queens city register is the best in the 5 boroughs of New York City. The Queens Register employees are second to none in efficiency and courteousness. I love them all! I have known and have been working with them for almost 30 years.
