  I love my knotless braids! I can't vouch for the other braiders, so if you want knotless box braids, ask for "Dede".

  I previously did not know the name of this place at the time of my first appointment. I ask a client of mine to provide me with the details so here is the review from September 2019.
  
  My stylist (the mom) did a wonderful job on my hair for the a wedding I attended. I received so many compliments!!!

  I absolutely love the way my hair looks. There was no tension from pulling or being too tight! I dont trust people in my hair and I've been doing my hair on my own since I was 13. I'm 29 now, and took the chance to allow someone else to do my hair and I made the right choice. Been there twice and I'm planning on going again in about a week! Definitely 5 star work

  I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the woman who did my daughter's hair was a bit late showing up for my daughters appointment. The work though that she did on my daughter was very nice and very good. My daughter had extensions and box braids put in so it took about 5 1/2 hours. They had two women split the shift on my her. The second woman who worked on my daughters hair was very nice. I am not too sure about the first lady who worked on her hair because she was just leaving out when I got there to pick her up. But my daughter said she was nice too, so I'll take her word for it. The neighborhood in this area in general is not the greatest, but I'm a native to Queens, so I knew how it was going to be before I went there. Also be careful while driving here if you're not taking the bus because it is Jamaica so it's like pothole city over there especially on the side streets.
