  I activated a family plan with cricket from sprint and I must say the customer service experience I received was satisfying. Sprint gave me a hard time trying to retrieve my information to switch over and the staff was very patient and understand they took there time to help me switch over. Elizabeth is very informative she made me and my wife feel welcomed to be in her location. I also had the chance to meet the District Manager Jaylee as I advised her of her how well her staff was trained and professional. Thank You

  Well to the Cricket wireless store on Hillside Ave. Near Parsons Blvd.
  Yes I have know complained, all was don't right and am greatly appreciate for that young lady that help me through about getting my service n a phone.
  Thanks very much.
  I will walk to that store anytime.

  I do have a complain
  About the man that works at the Cricket wireless store on 166 - on Jamaica Ave.
  On the 18 of may, I return as a promotion I was giving a free phone the service was set up with with the highest plan you have $60.00 plan, he suggested I should put on insurance which is $7.00 and I did.
  After I leave and went home, I noticed there is a issue with the phone that I never know ever even with other phones.
  I was not receiving any calls, and this happen each time the phone sleep.
  What this phone did was shut itself completely off.
  So I call Mr William, but I get no answer
  He never answer the phone.
  And this carrying on, so I set the time to sleep 5mins. But each time that time to sleep chip in the phone goes off, shut off.
  Like you turn it off.
  On Sunday I went back to the store and tell him what is going on with the phone, that's just 3 days with insurance on it, and less than 7 days. That it can be changed, but he wouldn't do anything, saying even if he would give me another one like the one I have, that I would have to give him another $25.00 to activate the second phone.
  You people have what is the 7 days time for?
  And insurance payment for?
  Am not please, and as much as I like your service I am going to leave your company for this and all my friends I will until you do something about this man William, you have working for you.
  Yes the phone as that problem it's in my hand now, but it don't shut off because I put it on ( never ) it can't shut off.
