“Can be tricky to spot from the road, especially in rainy weather. The parking lot is behind the hotel, but there is sometimes the airport shuttle bus, making it a bit tight (especially if you've just picked up the rental car). Staff were really friendly and helpful, there's coffee constantly available, free wifi and even a business center (couple of computers on a desk). The room was clean enough, and quiet, especially from traffic noise. There are a few dining options really close (burger king, 7-11), a good place to crash either before or after a long haul flight.”

“They were so helpful in finding a car for my family of 5 and were by far the most reasonable priced car rental agency anywhere near JFK. Even when my family missed our flight to JFK and got horribly lost (due to a Google map error) they came to find us to direct us back and even went out of their way to help us to find a near by place for the night and even let us keep the car to the morning. These are genuinely kind and understanding people who truly try to help you. A very rare quality in NYC!”
