I’ve been an employed at AHC for over 5 years and have seen first how life changing the services provided are. I am writing this review now because a patient just came in and told me that because of her hearing aids she prevented an accident from occurring. She was so thankful she bought me breakfast this morning along with a big hug. I have never worked before that has been satisfying.
A hearing test, a clear explanation of the results and I was fitted with aids that best suited my problem. Then the AH HA moment as I was transported to a new dimension of hearing! Clear instructions were given and all questions answered. Kudos to Amy of Advance Hearing Center for excellent, caring service!
Advanced hearing center provides great service, is professional and compassionate. They educated me on my mother’s options and provided excellent care. Patricia is knowledgeable and patient. This was the first office we went to and did not need to look further.
I want to express my gratitude to Advance Hearing Center and especially to my husbands audiologist Patricia Salamone. The exam she provided was through and professional. My husband was fit for hearing aids that gave him relief from the frustration that hearing loss causes. From the moment I walked into the offices of the Advanced Hearing Center, I felt the comfort of a team who cared and knew exactly how to accommodate a new patient. My audiologist Patricia Salamone was kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. She guided me to the product that was best for my needs and was patient with my volume of questions and concerns. Had it not been for her guidance, I would not have the hearing clarity and comfort that I do today. Their pricing was extremely fair while they also found there was insurance protection to help with the cost. I highly recommend Patricia and Advanced Hearing Center to anyone who is seeking out hearing improvement. I've tried others and there was no comparison.
