The doctor really listened to me and honed in on my prescription. He was patient with me going back and forth on the vision tests and as a result I can see way better than the last prescription I received from a optometrist in the city last year. The space is really nice and doesn’t even feel like a typical doctors office, and they carry a lot of great brands of frames that are competitively priced.

It’s nice to have this quality eye care in the neighborhood and I will definitely be returning.

I have been coming here for the last two years. Dr. Tisdale is an amazing optometrist and he really cares for his clients. I have been to other places in the area and in NYC and I really enjoy the care and experience when I go to OptimEyes; its more personal and I don't feel like I am being rushed out like in other places.

The service is impeccable, after ordering a one year supply of contacts and using some from the box, I noticed that my prescription had changed (I was reading more and my prescription changed a bit). The team was eager to help to get the prescription just right, the doctor rechecked my eyes and gave me some new trials. OptimEyes helped me return the contacts I had previously ordered and reordered new lenses at no additional cost.

Finally, the environment is very nice, their office is clean and they keep the most trendy eyewear in stock.

If you schedule your appointment ahead of time and arrive on time there is no wait. I would highly recommend this place!

I've been coming here for 2 years. They have a really wide selection of frames and the staff are very helpful in picking out frames. I brought my parents here too. My mom had a great experience working with Dave on customizing her frames and he gave her a good deal on 2 frames. The staff are honest and they don't force you to buy something expensive that doesn't suit you. I've brought back frames where I wanted adjustments or I wanted to add nosepads and Dave and Jose have always been a pleasure to deal with.
