  I seriously can’t recommend Carrie to enough people. I’ve gone a few times now both prenatal and postpartum for help with lower back, neck and chest issues resulting from having all my children. She is so knowledgeable, a real healing spirit and the results are amazing. I also go to excellent manual physical therapy and the deep work she does rivals most therapists I’ve ever worked with. I’m so grateful to have found her.

  I can’t say enough great things about my family’s experience at Earth and Sky. We originally came here for Katinka, who did CranioSacral work on my baby daughter, who was having a terrible time with digestion and other issues which made for a very cranky baby. After two sessions we saw marked improvement in her demeanor! Katinka was very thorough in her assessment of our daughter, and also in checking in with me as a new mom. I have since enjoyed two CranioSacral sessions myself with Katinka; one was focused on easing symptoms of postpartum depression, and the other was more focused on physiological issues of new parenthood - wrist and shoulder issues, and ‘puffing up’ my nervous system to prepare for the work ahead!
  
  The space is incredibly relaxing and calm. Just what we all need - a little piece of heaven in the midst of this crazy city.
  
  Tip: get there 10-15 minutes early to enjoy the peace, the earthy scents and a delicious cup of tea. Enjoy!

  I have had Mayan massages with both Katinka and Angelika. They are talented and extremely caring healthcare professionals. Highly recommend!

  It was my 1st visit, the space is clean, calm and comfortable. drank a little warm tea before my session. Cynthia worked on my stressed and tier muscles, pressure was not too hard and not FLUFFY= i was able to relax and got tension worked on. in short, i really liked my visit, and would recommend to others. i'm still feeling wonderful from my session. Thank you Cynthia!!
