Had a mishap with my car and found Gotham City based on friend recommendations and just googling body shops in NYC. Gotham stood out in reviews and the kind of cars they work on. I’m extremely cautious with my vehicles and I felt like Gotham was trustworthy. Sent them an email and received a reply immediately to discuss the damage and how to proceed. Brought the car in for a visual check of the damage and then Gotham took care of everything with insurance, ordered parts and gave me an estimate on when to bring the car in for the work. Parts came in and I brought the car in. They kept me updated throughout the entire duration the car was with them. Picked up the car today and it honestly doesn’t look any different from the day I got it from the dealer. Paint is blended perfectly, not a single part stuck out. The whole process was was great and I can’t recommend Gotham enough.

The quality of service I received at Gotham was stellar. Frank and Chris were very helpful and are experts at what they do. The repairs to my vehicle were of the highest quality, and I received regular updates on their progress while my car was in the shop. Frank even helped me fix an unrelated issue caused by a different mechanic shop, free of charge. I will definitely be returning here if I ever need body work done again.

One word to describe this place: PROFESSIONAL! After checking the impeccable reviews, I decided to bring my car here to redo the front bumper butchering work from another Auto Collision I brought before. Ghotam did an amazing work and my car looks new again. Even the after work cleaning was impeccable. They buffed and touched up few things here and there and I never asked for. I’m very impressed with this Auto collision. Don’t make the same mistake I made, do your research first before bringing your car to an auto collision or if you want to save your time, just bring your car to this place. I can definitely assure you that you are in good hands. They are professional and they know what they are doing. You don’t have to take my word, just look their impeccable reviews and you be the judge!
