  Getting serviced here has always been a wonderful experience. Everyone at the front counters are so gracious. Everyone feels like family with how nice they are and how much we talk about such. I never feel pushed to the side. I am greeted as soon as I step in the door. They keep my up to date whenever something wrong is found on my car. The prices are great. The rates on tires are wonderful, and the service is same day. They even provided a tow for me once and an Uber to get somewhere. Always a great place to go.

  Gabriela provided fantastic customer service. I had a last minute problem with my car and she made sure to make my appointment in a timely manner. She explained everything very well! She made sure I was aware and comfortable with what was going into the repair.

  Excellent service! Teddy went above and beyond to help my senior citizen mom with 2 blowouts. We had car towed to a different Pep Boys, and a day later still couldn't help my mom. I called Queens Village Pep Boys and spoke to the amazing Teddy, who not only sent a tow truck to retrieve my mom's car from the other store, but also offered to have a car pick my mom up when the work was completed. Teddy had my mom's car picked up and repaired in a matter of 3 hours! Kudos to the Queens Village Pep Boys team for outstanding customer service!!! They showed courtesy, professionalism and compassion! Thank you!!!

Edit: Since my original review, this Pep Boys has improved their customer service, overall. It is better than the one on Hempstead. Also, it was nice to see more female employees. Despite the original review, the mechanic service at this location have always been consistent. Mechanics like Alex C, Ryan S, and Luis have been great.
