“So much better than the big box stores! I always come here for all my paint needs. All of the staff are knowledgable, helpful, and available! Which is something that you won't find at the other places. Their prices are good as well. No need to go anywhere else for outlets, switches, screws, etc. It's all here, in stock, fairly priced, and without the ridiculous cashier lines, parking problems, and idiots that you typically find at a 'Depot'. For what it is worth, I've done a good amount of painting and I won't use anything other than Benjamin Moore paints. They go on nice, look great, and last a long time. It isn't worth trying to save a few dollars a gallon only to have to do it again. Professional results and durability for a few bucks more is a no brainier to me!”

I was fortunate enough to work closely with Arthur, the owner of the company from day one. Arthur is a top notch communicator and attentive listener which was absolutely a blessing because I had to coordinate the job he worked on for us from Chicago while he and his crew worked on the project in Queens. He won my trust easily with his character and sincerity which is not so easy to do when trying to coordinate a big job from hundreds of miles away without ever seeing the person you're talking to. He is also the ultimate professional and his professionalism trickles down to the entire crew at Multicraft as well. From the girls that help out with the phones to the crew that get the projects done, everybody was terrific. They were able to complete a full bathroom remodel, new roof, and replacing cabinets along with taking care of several other odds and ends in our basement within about a weeks time. The crew kept me updated by taking progress pictures and Arthur was also keeping me informed via phone, email, and text throughout the entire process. I am very glad we got Multicraft for the job.
