The one thing that I really like about this gym is the family feel. It's not a big gym and the customers are locals who've been living in the area for a while. Post COVID we have only seen the gym up their standards with cleanliness, hygiene and safety protocols, and, it's never crowded.

I have been a member here about 15 years.it is clean, convenient (street parking nearby is usually easy to find) and the equipment is well maintained. Usually not difficult to get access to machines . I use the facility mostly for aerobic use and light weights. I'm not sure if it would be the first choice for an enthusiastic bodybuilder, but for someone trying to stay healthy and maintain their weight, it's an excellent choice. There are a lot of classes in the evenings for no additional charge, but I have never used them, so I can't offer much information about them. They do seem to be well attended and popular, though.

This is a really nice gym. Been here 2yrs. Good quality facilities, pretty decent staff and the steam room is a big perk. One complaint: this gym has 2 WiFi networks- staff and members. Neither WiFi works. Songs won’t load and YouTube freezes. It messes up the workout, especially when jogging. I mean, the WiFi is basically nonexistent.
