The best laundry service ever! The laundry is always folded beautifully and smells so good, and it’s still warm when I receive it! The driver is so nice and communicative when they pick up/drop off. If there is ever any issue or delay, they will let you know. So happy with the service they provide.

After suffering through four years of dragging my laundry to the closest laundromat to me, I finally I decided to give wash and fold another try. I’ve tried a few different companies, and I’m so happy to have found Reload Laundry! Their pricing is completely reasonable. They are meticulous and take time for each item to decide how it needs to be washed (for someone like me who throws everything in the machine and hopes for the best…. I really appreciate this. ) They even sort out the items that need to be hang dried.
Throughout the entire process you’re able to communicate and vice versa if they have any questions.

They’re extremely friendly, personable, punctual, and efficient.

Working with them has turned me into someone who gets their laundry done once a week vs trying to drag 70 pounds/ three weeks of laundry down the street to a laundromat.

My clothes come back smelling wonderful, and everything is folded so well, it can go straight in the dresser. I trust them completely, and I highly recommend them. I couldn’t be any happier with my laundry service :]

I love this place! I was really worried about trying a laundry service after horror stories of people's things going missing, but these guys are THE BEST. They pick up promptly (they respond so quickly to requests), drop off within 24 hours, and are so polite. They even text me good morning, and let me know their arrival time when they're on their way. Clothes are always clean, folded, and they have great prices. I will stay with them for as long as they are in service and I live in their location!! (they know me as Katherine).

Best laundry service I’ve ever used! My clothes smell great, nicely folded and nothing ever goes missing. Jesus is my pick up and delivery go to person, professional and easy to reach. This company has great communication with their clients. It’s nice to know that I can rely on great service from them.

Communicated via text, flexible scheduling, arrived on time, very professional. Staff was very pleasant, thorough, professional, and just awesome. My apartment was a wreck and they brought it back to life as if I first moved in. They even scrubbed my tea kettle back to new! Their attention to detail, organization skills, etc is pretty elite. I will be using the laundry service at our next scheduled cleaning. Highly Recommend!!
