The office staff- Gail has great phone manners and was genuinely interested in the pest problem I was having. Gail explained all my options and even told me I could come down and buy chemicals from the store and do it myself! I called several companies for this same issue and I must say in the end the choice was easy. After carefully researching the other companies in the area I chose this one because of the companies track record of integrity, value, and honesty.

They worked with my schedule without hassle and Perry was actually half-hour early from our scheduled appointment time which was an added bonus for me. He was able to complete the process in about an hour and twenty minutes and when all is said and done (I am writing this review 24 hours later) JOB WELL DONE!
