They took my boys and me in right away, the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Neel was extremely thorough and gentle with the teeth cleaning, so informative and very kid friendly. The dentist and entire staff were great, we’ll be back and will recommend!

Like many people, going to the dentist was one of the things I most DREADED on doing. I’ve been seen by quite a few dentists and to be honest all of my experiences have been less than great- until I found the Smilist. I had a dental emergency and everywhere else I call to see if they can see me on that spot they were saying they couldn't see me so my husband called the smilist dental and right away they told him to bring me in. Place was nice a clean and the front staff were very nice. Unfortunately they couldn't help me with my emergency issue but they did referred me to an oral surgeon near me . Definitely going back to get seen again for my routine check-ups.

I am so very pleased to have found this location near my house. For many years, I have been hesitant to visit a Dentist due to my anxiety from unpleasant experiences with many other dentists throughout NYC. I went in for a cleaning today and very satisfied with the client care provided by the lovely ladies at the front desk down to all medical professionals on site. My cleaning was done by Neil and he was very kind, thorough, understanding, and friendly. I am so happy to have found a location I am so far very pleased with. Looking forward to bright smiles.

I read some reviews prior to calling, and they seemed promising so I booked my first appointment. The front receptionists are all so lovely and greet everyone with such kindness. My dentist, Dr. Pacheco and her assistant Andrelis are truly the absolute best. They spoke me about the issues I needed to work on, how to maintain once they get fixed, and advised me on future procedures. I haven’t missed an appointment since. My teeth are looking so good that I’ve literally cried twice in the chair after seeing how amazing of a job they’ve done. I’m so happy to have found you, the Smilist!
