  Manager Chris was excellent. Made my move super easy knowing my car was ready to handle a cross country road trip, let all my NY friends know. Hopefully pep boys in Florida will have the same customer service

  I accompanied my friend there today to get her tire repaired. They're a great bunch of guys there. The price was less than another local place and she (and I) surely needed that as thing$ are tight for us (as for many of us...)
  
  The repair guy took the time and consideration to show us the small screw that caused the leak.
  
  It wasn't that assembly line "next" CS way.
  
  You'll be in good hands by CS, price, and trustworthiness criteria.

  Went in for a rack and pinion. Bought the part new from Advance Auto to save some money. Within about 20 miles after the job, a seal broke and I lost all the power steering fluid. When I called them, the man on the phone instantly said have it towed we'll pay for it. Then, they swapped out a new r & p and I was back on the road. They also did many things proactively, like bringing the defective part back to Advance Auto for me so I could get the refund. At all points along the way, the man and young lady who I dealt with were extremely professional and courteous. I was pretty impressed. I'm very suspicious of mechanics and haven't used one in twenty years. But I don't have any tools at my new place, so have to use one. I'll go back to them.

  Great customer service. The mechanics are usually very quick. They are very much experienced in this field. Recommended!
