“Our mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and within 6 hours we had to find a home to place her and choose a hospice care company. We were blessed to find Quality Hospice to come in and help care for mom while she was in the assisted living facility. Everyone we came in contact with from this hospice company was beyond kind and compassionate. These people really cared about our family and what we were going through. Linda Miller was our assigned nurse and we could not have found anyone better. She was always there when we needed her or needed supplies. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because Mom died on Monday morning and it is now Thursday evening and the hospice doctor still has not signed the death certificate so that her body can be shipped back for burial. Our family is traveling from all over the US for the funeral which we haven't scheduled yet because there is no death certificate. This has been very frustrating! Everyday they have promised it would be signed and faxed by the end of the day but so far nothing.”

One time I waited so long they gave me a $10 gift card and I didn’t even say anything about the wait let alone complain. One issue is that young kids gather in the parking lot and hang out all night.”

“Wow!! Their work is absolutely beautiful, and meticulous!! I am OCD, so I notice every little thing, and our new custom slipcovers are flawless! I am so grateful that I came across this company online, because this led to me purchasing new slipcovers vs. buying a whole new sectional. Our sectional is 10 years old, and has survived 2 hyperactive children and a kitten, so it was in need of a serious makeover, because other than the worn out clawed covers, it is in perfect condition. “I don’t know how to condense like four years of daily visits into a short review. But I’ll try haha! So I really lucked out by living within a 5 minute walk of this place, and basically made it my second home the moment I discovered it. It’s got everything I want: Dogs! Incredible, friendly staff. A whole group of regulars that I’ve made friends with over the years. Coffee, beer. Art. Parties and events. Live music. Great location. DOGS! I’ve since moved out of Astoria, and this place really is one of the main things I miss. I’ve got countless good memories over the years. Hanging out here was a consistent part of my daily life and it’s really rare to find such a strong local community feeling, but this cafe has it. Go here, play with dogs, meet incredible people. You’ll love it, definitely recommended!”
