“Positives: I ordered a 250(ish) gallon 1/4 cylinder tank from Aqua Vim in December. It arrived about 10 days later. The tank is glass and great quality. The cabinetry is well finished and strong. The quality is not 5 star, but 10 star. Showpiece in my home Negatives: My aquarium installation company didnt want to take a chance with installation until the snow and ice had thawed - so got installed in April. The tank is VERY VERY VERY Heavy- even without water. Make sure you have a structural engineer check out your home or office to see if additional bracing is necessary. Took 5 strong men to lift and get the tank into my home. (none of the negative issues listed are anything to do with Aqua Vim, nor the quality of their product.) When finished, it was well worth the wait. The price from Aqua Vim is close to 1/2 of what I would have paid from any other vendor. Amazing. Highly Recommended!”

“We have ordered multiple Christmas gifts from this company for a few years now; everybody raves about the quality and taste! But I just had to share our experience last night. My husband and I sat down to order for this year, and he found he could not log into his account, having forgotten his password, and the 'send link for forgotten password' link would not work. This was at about 7:30, Mountain time, and knowing this company was in NY and 2 hours ahead, my first thought was they'd be closed, but also knowing they are a smaller, private business, I thought I'd take a chance and call, thinking they might be working hard to get orders out. Sure enough, Stephanie answered the phone and proceeded to take EXCELLENT care of us; she found us immediately in the system, with all of the previous gifts/addresses, and even called her techs to help us get the password situation figured out. We wanted to pay by PayPal, and she went above and beyond in making sure to send an invoice immediately and corresponding by email to make sure all the information was correct. I had to call her more than once, and every time, she was smiling through her voice. I was very impressed with her customer service, and we felt taken care of.
