“Dear Mr. Brown, I felt that I had to tell you about my Son visiting the playground a few months ago. I was born and raised in the BG and lived there for 35 years. (born, growup, Married and had 4 kids all in the Boulevard Garden. We moved out in 1976 when My oldest child was 10, He now lives in CA but was visiting me out on Long Island, He drove in to airport to pick up his wife but was too early so he decided to show his twins where he grew up. He too when to the playground and was stopped. Now I have to tell you that he is not of color but looks as Irish as can be and so do his kids, (Blond, Blue eyed). He was stopped questioned and told he and the kids could not be in the playground. I believe that you were both stopped not for who you were but for security reasons. It is a great place to live and bring up kids. I hope this changes your mind and know that it was not just you but anyone would be stopped who does not live there. I hope you get to see this post and reconsider the BG”

“I don't do much at a gas station. I'm not there for food, cigs, or anything else in the booth. I'm pretty sure there ain't a bathroom. They have a spot in the back for filling your tyres with air though. I'm only there for the gas. If you're paying cash and go to the booth, the people are sometimes hard of hearing but still get the job done. If you're paying by card, you're golden, it's very simple and easy to fill up gas. Like I said, it's a gas station, it might not have all of the amenities you want, but it does provide you with gas.”
