“I did not have high expectations for an airport spa - kind of figured I would pay an exorbitant amount for a mediocre pedicure. But I got in immediately, the massage chairs were the best I've ever experienced, and the pedicure itself was wonderful. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than the local nail salon...however, it was absolutely worth it. Also, it's a great way to kill time when you arrive at the airport 8.5 hours prior to your flight.”

“Handy to have a Starbucks in terminal so you can grab a drink while you wait. Pink drink was great as always. Traveling partner got the Caramel Macchiato and thought it was standard for Starbucks . As one might expect there is a line here and it is busy but the wait line is set up so it is wheelchair accessible”

If you're just looking for a quick drink on your layover or a worth while bite to eat.. I'd highly recommend this place! And truly plead to not try anywhere else in the vicinity.”

“First class customer service! Flight delays which ended in an cancellation - I missed my birthday party and was not able to make it home. (After being stuck at JFK for over 10 hours.) However, Simone, who checked me in absolutely turned my night around with her hospitality and graciousness. She went above and beyond to make my short stay at her hotel a memorable experience. I travel extensively, and I simply don’t find that level of customer service anymore. In this case, however, Simone exceeded my expectations exponentially. Many thanks to her and her team! Highly recommend this hotel. Accommodations were great as well. Five stars all the way around!”

“The food court here is much better than food after security in Terminal 5. The halal guys stand was pretty good - not as good as midtown, but good for an airport. The panini place also had good food that we brought through security no problem. Intelligentsia coffee was excellent. My son loved climbing in the old cars - so fun. The Connie bar in the refurbished plane was great. Nice that the allowed us up to the pool deck to airplane watch for a few minutes. Not sure how long we would have been allowed to stay, we eventually had to leave for our flight.”
