“Easy process. Come in to lot, unload your car. There will be someone waiting for you to give you a ticket for your car, leaving your keys. Buses to and from the airport are pretty frequent and didn't have to wait long at all. Prices are reasonable (for NY airport), especially with promo code. Friendly staff, quick dropoff and pickup and easy booking online. Would recommend as a good option when flying out of JFK.”

“Easy and a way better price than JFK! Staff is friendly and helpful. 1. Pull your car up to the valet station, have your reservation printout ready. 2. They will give you a card and instructions. Leave your keys and take whatever bags you need. They shuttle you to the airport nice and quick. I got to Terminal 5 in about 4 minutes. 3. When you get back from your trip just call the number on the back of the card and give them your 6-digit registration number. They pick you up promptly, go in the office and pay and then you're out. Super easy! These guys have a great service and the operation is clearly well put-together and well run. Totally worth booking!”

“This place was great and worth 5 stars. I would have liked my car washed but of course there was rain in the forecast so their policy is to not wash cars. I am sure this is because of people complaining. Maybe come up with a weather waiver in the future. Also, when we got there from the airport the wait was surprising since they knew we were coming. But I would absolutely use this place again!”
