“We had a wonderful stay over the holiday weekend! One of the biggest pluses to this place is the guest parking. We've been coming to Rockaway Beach for years and have sometimes spent HOURS trying to find parking. I can't say what a good feeling it was to be able to pull straight in to the hotel, among the sea of cars and foot traffic. It's amazing to not have to worry about finding a parking spot and no longer being immobilized for fear of losing that parking spot. The hotel itself was quaint and quirky, in a good way. We had a seamless check in process (all automated) and never had to communicate with the host, or anyone for that matter - just the way we like it. It appears that they are opening a restaurant downstairs but I'm not sure if it's affiliated with the hotel. It's just one more thing to be excited for. This was one of the most pleasant stays I've had since coming to the Rockaways. With all the changes happening on the peninsula, the High Tide is a much needed breath of fresh air. We can't wait to be back!”

“I love Lulu’s birthday cakes. We got a birthday cake for my dad’s birthday from here and it was so tasty. The cake was moist and creamy. They are open 7 days a week which is great for last minute orders. The cake had a creamy chit filling with a soft sponge like cake. And there were berries on the top.”
