She had a water leak in her basement for a few days without her knowing; the situation caused her a lot of anxiety, which is not good for her high BP and other health conditions. John and his team handle the situation expeditiously and with great personal care. Not only did they identify and fix the major water break but they also deescalated my mother's worries and worked closely with the Insurance agent to make sure she would get the appropriate reimbursement. I would recommend Bayside Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work in the Queens area.”
