“My wife took the course with Sara but I was not able to join due to my work schedule at that time. When I finally had some free time, we scheduled a one on one crash course with Sara to get me up to speed. The class covered way more than I could have expected. Somehow Sara made everything so clear and easy to understand. I felt like I became a birthing pro just from this one class. During labor I was 100% with my wife about our birthing plan and was able to speak for her to the doctors when she was having contractions. During her contractions we made it a point that she will not be answering any questions and will remain focused while I did the talking when necessary. The doula we hired was also very helpful and we both were able to offer the support that my wife needed to keep herself calm, centered, and focused. We had a natural birth with almost no interventions. Sara, without your class I don't think I would have been able to be helpful in any meaningful way. You are the BEST!!!”
