Conveniently located to grocery stores, buses, and other public transit (subways and ferries--you are close to both the 30th ave and Astoria Blvd stations, so you get the best of both worlds--go to Astoria Blvd in the morning for a seat, go to 30th Ave in the afternoon for groceries). Very clean and well maintained facilities, maintenance is done very quickly, beautiful rooftop deck and well-maintained gym, bike room, really all you can ask for. Plus free coffee and nice little events. Everyone who works there is super nice and friendly. Happy to have lived at the Exo--highly recommended.”

“A nice little eatery located inside The Factory building, it focuses on Asian cuisine. You can get dumplings, noodles, or pancake sandwiches to stay or to go. I tried the Dan Dan Mein and it was pretty good. If you aren't a heavy eater, it's still good for lunch the day after. It was a bit spicy with a generous serving of peanuts on top. The prices are comparable to the eateries located inside the same building. The restaurant does get a bit hot with the cooking in the summer, so you may want to wait outside in the lobby with AC until they call your number. When it gets busy you do have to wait a bit. The queue usually gets crazy from 12 PM - 1:30 PM. If you want to beat the lines, go before or after those times. The staff is friendly enough and they accept cash and credit/debit.”

“I was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days of calling. I had a problem with poor wiring in my walls and a multiple fixtures on multiple breaker switches that had failed. The technician was friendly and quickly dianosed and fixed all problems within 1 hour. He cut into the wall, installed some new hardware, wired it, and cleaned up. Would definitely recommend.”
