Upon entering this location, I was welcomed with smiles, respect and kindness. Christy and Nick were equally knowledgeable and helpful in obtaining products, they were open to listening to my questions, concerns and opinions regarding my purpose in relation to beauty products. I felt as if they both have an ample amount of expertise within the business psychological aspect of customer service skills.
