Something was stuck in the latch of my trunk and I couldn’t get it open. I called ford and they didn’t know how to help me. I stopped at A to Z on the way home today and asked if they could help me out. I’m not sure of the name of the guy who helped me, but I am so grateful that I went there. Not only was he able to free the latch and open my trunk, he didn’t charge me! I highly recommend them. He could have easily given me a crazy price and taken advantage, but he didn’t. Thank you!
Just to add, I went to a place near work in Brooklyn, and the guy made it out to be such a protein hour even looking. He wanted me to leave the car overnight and probably charge me a ridiculous price.
