  Great place to see a movie. Seats are comfortable and oversized. Plenty of room in each row for people to pass without being disturbed. Even when reclining.

  Best Theatre on Staten Island. Actually the Best in New York. The Staff is Very Nice and Very Professional. They really help the Guests with issues really smoothly and Provide Excellence. The Food is Delicious, They have a Cafe with Liquor. They also have the Sports Networks in the Cafe. The Auditoriums are Perfect. Recliners, trays on the Recliners. This place is Awesome. I go here once a week and I never want to go to another Theatre Ever again. Angela, The Manager, Really provides Great Guest Service. She helped me when I had a question or issue. She Always Smiles and I Always see the Staff follow her lead. Great Leadership. I Highly Recommend People Coming to Regal Bricktown 10. No Better Experience anywhere else.

  Love this place. The only problem, when they just opened their food was better And portions bigger. Then they start cheating. Last time I bought cheeseburgers with fries, there was like 5 fries only. But anyway price is not bad, hope they won’t get lower in quality.

  My husband and I come very frequent as we are unlimited movie holders. The staff here who serves everything are fantastic but as for a certain manager, horrible. Our popcorn has been burnt several times and served the bottom of the kernels and when we went to him for some new popcorn (because we do spend 10$ on it) the excuse was that's how it pops (it doesn't) lazy excuse to not go behind the counter and also disappeared to the back when asked to hold on. Of course one of the staff members kindly helped us in getting new popcorn. Let's not hire people with high positions who aren't worth while and would like to just stand around.

  Great time out with some friends at this place. By far the most advanced movie theater on the island. One supervisor Angela was really cool, told us about everything they offered and a male supervisor, Bryan showed us to our theater, another cool one. Even if the place sucked, having people who enjoy their job makes a huge difference. We will definitely be coming back for sure. If y’all do read these, keep up those smiles and awesome personalities.
