(November 16, 2018, 11:33 am)Rainbow International of Staten Island i((RISI) s one of the most reliable companies. Led by John Curatola. We contacted many companies, contractors and spoke to insurance agents and adjuster, health experts and hygienists , mold experts and all stated that RISI never failed them performing work head of schedule. A leading medical mold expert said that RISI was the best of the best and the most professional of them all. Specifically the medical mold expert said that too often remediation companies leave a remediation site far more dangerous than before the work began because they were in a rush and just did not know what they were doing because they failed to obtain a hygienist's report. Their professional office staff is very reliable in calling you back and sending out reports and paying contractors on time.

(September 27, 2016, 1:22 pm)When I first placed my call to inquire about mold removal services I was pleased with how friendly the woman that answered was (it turns out that she is John's wife). She took down my information and within an hour I received a call back saying that John was currently available to stop over at my house for an estimate. I cannot overstate how pleased I was with John's visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest which I know is a concern many people have when hiring someone to handle work such as water damage and mold in their home. I just want to thank John and his wife for turning an unpleasant situation into such a positive experience.
