Island Subaru

We had a wonderful experience working with Nick. We bought a 2021 Ascent. Due to COVID I was hesitant to go to a dealership but we needed to purchase a car. We were able to test drive the car from our home. Island Subaru sent the trial car to us. We did all the paperwork online and Nick delivered the car to us. He kept us updated throughout the whole process. It was very easy and convenient. We would highly recommend Island Subaru and working with Nick.

Today I turned in my leased 2017 Outback and leased a new 2021 Outback. Oscar was my salesperson and he did an amazing job. The whole process was seamless. Your customer service was excellent. A special thank you to Cecilia!! Her honesty and that she took the time to explain all the specific specially to my wife. My wife loves her 2010 Forester, Cecilia took the time to explain to her the cost of the repairs out weight the value of the car.

My experience with the staff has always been excellent! Yes, it may cost a bit more taking it to the dealerships service department vs the corner garage, but I’ve been taking my car there since 2016 and I’ve gotten to know the service advisors; and I know that they are not the mechanics, but they have never used high pressure tactics to make me pay for a service, that I believe my car did not need. They are personable and will answer any questions you may have.
