  Originally saw Dr. Igor for a shoulder injury I sustained ( torn rotator cuff and bone spurs ). He had me back to 100% within 3-4 months of physical therapy. The more often you go, the quicker the healing process.
  
  I followed his guidance of 3 sessions per week. We gradually modified resistance and exercises to match my recovery level.
  
  I continue to see Dr. Igor for my kyphosis. It’s been about two months and I’m seeing an improvement based on exercise I do at home and postural exercises in his office.
  
  This is a clean, friendly environment, that takes their time to listen to your concerns. He hires qualified massage therapists and staff to deliver an exceptional physical therapy experience.
  
  Highly recommend to anyone considering physical therapy for recovery from an injury.

  Had severe pain lower back & right leg. Pain management Dr. recommended Grasmere PT & it has been a great experience.
  Dr. Tserlyuk and his team are great. They provide an excellent combination of exercises, stretching and localized massage , I started to improve immediately & now am able to perform my daily routine pain free.
  I highly recommend Grasmere PT.

  I have been a patient of Grasmere Physical Therapy for over a month. I am glad that my friend recommended this place because shortly after my treatment began, I started noticing improvements in my condition. The doctor that leads the practice is knowleadgeable and caring. The staff is amazing and very hard working. I enjoy every single visit and recommend this facility wholeheartedly.

  Highly recommend!! Dr. Igor and his staff provide exceptional patient care. They are knowledgeable, detail-oriented, friendly and professional. I went to Grasmere Physical Therapy for a rotator cuff injury. Dr. Igor did an evaluation and created a personalized comprehensive treatment plan - within 5 weeks there was noticeable progress.

  Amazing staff!!!! I take my 7 years old daughter here for her flat feet. Ever since day 1 she’s been more energetic, improving in her balance and their hours of operation can’t be beat. Very flexible which is great for me since I have to schedule her appointments after work and school. We love everyone there and look forward to ever visit.. ????????????
