  Excellent Business! Billy Rubino is an Awesome RV Matchmaker! He knew exactly what we were looking for in our 1st travel trailer. He took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel like we were family. Everyone we have met has been friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely refer our friends and family without hesitation to Campers Inn!

  We were from out of town and needed the tires checked. We stopped in without an appointment and they filled the tires, checked the LP heater, and washed the RV at no charge. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A five star rating isn't enough they deserve a 10 star rating.

  I bought a fifth wheel from this location over a year ago. During the past year, I have had to have numerous things fixed under warranty. The service dept has always been responsive, and done really good work. Just recently I had to have a few items fixed. Victoria in service went above and beyond to make sure I got things covered by warranty and fixed to my satisfaction. She is a very caring and honest person and always gets back to you same day for status on the work order. I wanted to thank Victoria especially for giving such good customer service. Also, the work the shop does is top notch and they always take care of me.

  Our Motor Home was hit by a tractor trailer and had a shattered windshield and front end fiberglass damage. Our experience with Campers Inn of Raleigh, specifically Tanner and Victoria, was exceptional. They were incredibly professional, flexible and responsive to our needs. As we are full-timers, we were VERY anxious to get our repairs completed. We were in the service department on a regular basis over 2 months and got to see the operation up close. In these crazy times of supply chain/parts delays and the increased volume of RVers requesting service (and wanting immediate responses), we witnessed first hand the professionalism and honest caring from the service staff. In addition, we witnessed positive changes being made to address the backlog of work and shortages of parts. These included staffing and process changes that appear to be targeted at improved customer satisfaction. I would recommend visiting Campers Inn of Raleigh for your needs.

  This was my first camper and everyone was so informative and helpful answered our questions. The salesman Tommy Underwood was great through the whole process. The finance manager worked to get me the best rate on my financing I highly recommend Campers Inn of Raleigh.

  The lunch specials all tasted amazing and what an amazing price considering that they even send a bottle of water with it. We feasted on chicken parm, marsala, francese, grilled chicken Caesar salad, grilled chicken tre colore salad, cold antipasto salad, chicken with roasted red peppers hero, chicken parm heroes, and chicken with spinach and garlic. Kids loved the chicken parm and the chicken fingers and french fries. No markups when using Slice app. 10/10 will order again.

  Food is always good quality here and the customer service is great. This time we tried the Sicilian grandma pie with extra sauce and it was PERFECT. Everyone in my family loved it too. The sauce tasted homemade and fresh and the fresh mozzarella was amazing.
