  Overall the stays was fantastic 👏, enjoyed the room and the amenities provided . However the customer was not the greatest. The lack of information and the incorrect information that was given to me. The staff tines were not welcoming . I understand we are in a pandemic of short staff and burnt out staff .

  Didn't stay here, was here for other reasons BUT the lobby was immaculate, tidy, staff were engaging, lounge nicely appointed.

  My experience was great. The ONLY thing is I sent in all my information including a copy of my insurance card but yet I had to fill out a card and provide my insurance card again for a copy. I am not a new client and the doctor wasn't able to find my info. So he took extra time to check my glasses to get back the prescription. At the end they were able to find it. So in a nut shell, my appt was made a week ago and so on my appt date everything should have been prepared. I know it's not a perfect world and a lot of stuff going on but to get people in and out just some preparation in advance will help. That's a suggestion. Staff and doctor is great!

  Very comfortable suites hotel near Silicon Forest. Steps from the Intel complex. Super friendly and
  accommodating staff. Dog friendly.

  I was greeted immediately and was shown glasses until I found exactly what I wanted. It’s like she knew me and my style. She was very kind and courteous. The staff ensured that we were safely distanced from people and that the glasses were sterilized after being tried on.

  It was great. Precautions were taken. I felt safe and the staff was amazing. I was the only customer being seen besides 1 other person coming in for eyeglass repair. Everything they said they would do in order to keep patient and staff safe was done. I tired on several different eyeglasses and they were put in a special bin for cleaning afterwards. I like that the worker helping me was very patient as I tried on many different eyeglasses. I didn’t feel rush at all. They did a great job with timing between appointments which allows ample time for each customer.

  It was great. They made me comfortable and it was very quick. My doctor was great and everyone had protection due to COVID.

  I had a good experience. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The doctor was informative throughout the exam. The young woman at the counter was very helpful in helping me pick my new glasses. I would definitely be going back for my next exam
