After experiencing very dismissive doctors, it was so refreshing and lovely to walk into this health center and have people who are so helpful and care about all their patients. Everyone here is patient with me, and will answer each and every question I have. For the referrals I've received, some of the doctors will push me off several months into the future when I'm trying to make an appointment, but they are willing to help you get an earlier appointment if this happens. They tell me, if anyone gives you any issues, we will take care of it. I've even witnessed the staff help a lady to her car while carrying her stuff. If you're hesitant on switching to USFHP for the Staten Island area, I would say not to hesitate at all. Honestly, this is the best experience with health care I've ever received in my life.
