When the tech Eddie came he was all prepared to tell me where they were coming in from and what he was going to do to prevent them from coming back. Thank you guy so much for the fantastic job you did! I no longer see ants running around my window frames!!

(September 17, 2020, 3:27 pm)I wish there was more stars to show home much i love this company!!!! Called up last week for mice and when I spoke to the women on the phone she was beyond helpful! She explained what she felt would be good for me in the situation I was in. She told me she could have a tech out to me within the hour, which I found to be amazing! When the tech was about 20 min away he called me and introduced himself telling me he was close. I truly appreciated this due to having children and always running around! When Ed arrived he was nothing but helpful! He walked around my entire home and found everything I was concerned about without me having to point any of it out. I am so happy I decided to use this company. I want to give a big thank you to Ed and the women on the phone! I will most definitely be using this company for any of my exterminating needs!!

(August 29, 2020, 5:52 pm)Excellent Service. Technician Chris was very informative, polite, and even showed me where I could locate mouse droppings. Chris set traps and bait and the price was great. 100% prefer this company. I literally called Orkin a week ago and they tried to sell me $1,200.00 and made me pay a year service upfront as well. Two days in a row they were a no show and I got my money back. Next day called Terminix who promised someone to come out promptly bc they wanted to show up their competition (orkin) which led to them not responding back to me and not until a day and half later. I called platinum pest and they answered on the second ring and I had a technician in the next 5 hours. Great company!!! Don’t be fooled by the big names, this company is legit.
