  Quiet and safe neighborhood.

  Apartments are decent. Maintenance and porter staff are good workers. Only issues is the parking is bad at night. If you get home late then you'll be searching for a parking space for a while unless you rent a parking spot or garage which for newer tenants is ridiculously expensive. Apartments are cold even though they just repaired the heating system they do not put it high enough for apartments which were built without insulation. All in all though the neighborhood is nice and the biggest advantage to living here is the fact that you can have a dog.

  A nice place for family. Love the gardens. Great green areas to walk your pet and child. No mice. We have wild turkeys

  Love This Place.
  
  Lived here a year before we moved out (Wife got a job down South). We now regret ever leaving.
  
  Pros:
  1. HARD WOOD FLOORS. Enough Said. LOL
  2. Friendly Neighbors. Never had neighbors this friendly any other place we lived.
  3. SUPER DOG FRIENDLY. We had a friendly and loving Pitt Bull and they took her.
  4. Small but Cozy Apartment.
  5. Easy and Affordable Parking!
  6. INCREDIBLE MANAGEMENT OFFICE. The lady I worked with in 2012 (forgot her name) but she was super nice.
  
  Cons:
  1. Have centipedes in the house (BUT this is common everywhere we lived - Co Workers told me they have same problem all over Staten Island)
  
  I would 100% recommend living here. Me and my wife are actually considering moving back to NYC because we miss this place and the community.
