This place is great. The medical and physical rehab is top notch. There is only one bad thing that I can say. Their water filtration machine that makes the ice and cold water makes the water taste awful. I bought several bottles of Poland spring for my mom.
This is an amazing nursing home. Everyone is treated with the utmost respect. The staff and administration is always there to assist the residents and their families. The front desk staff is helpful, receptive and a delight. The Security staff protects the residents and staff at all times. My mother is treated well and is very happy. Every time I visit her I can tell that Eger's staff is dedicated to provide the best experience possible.
I want to thank Eger Healthcare and Rehab for my father's treatment during his stay. He was treated with dignity and respect. The entire staff is so caring and helpful. Their compassion, knowledge and care are a blessing. It is a safe and clean environment with a multitude of activities. I would recommend Eger to everyone!
