Her variety of meals make it both delicious and easy to stay on track. Her drive for her clients keeps you motivated and she was always available to answer questions both in and out of her office. I would deffinitly recommend !

(August 10, 2018, 6:31 pm)When I started working out and getting nutrition support at Changes I weighed 260lbs (I’m only 5’7). I had no focus and no direction and I could not do it alone anymore. Jessica was the best personal trainer I could have asked for. She was accessible, supportive, and above all helped me be successful. I reached out to her about all my meals and she answered me every time. She taught me how to workout anywhere at anytime and in very creative ways. After a few months of daily encouragement and personalized meal plans I was down to 218. She also helped me to stop focusing just on my weight and to create a healthy and sustainable life style. I am grateful everyday for finding her and I encourage anyone looking for a positive life change to reach out to her immediately. Her support made all the difference.
