  Gloria has gone above and beyond for my love and I. We were trying to sell our home for months with so many mishaps occurring, and Gloria did all she could (and was the only one who truly did anything) to resolve every issue. She even assisted us in finding a condo of our own without seeking any commission. Gloria does everything truly from the bottom of her heart, because she honestly wants to, not because she has to. Not only is she a wonderful agent, but overall a gentle, kind soul who is beyond trustworthy. I would give her more than five stars if possible!

  Gloria has been my real estate agent in Staten Island for about 5 years now and I couldn't be happier with her dedication and professionalism. She sold my house back in 2013 and currently finds me tenants for my properties. She is a genuinely nice person who is a pleasure to work with and is always upfront and honest with me. Very knowledgeable in all matters of the real estate market and works aggressively and super hard for her clients day and night. I would recommend Gloria to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

  Pearl is what comes to mind when thinking of Ms. Gloria Craven. Rare, exquisite, lasting, lovely, genuine and beautiful. We are a humble family, who were first time home owners. Ms. Gloria made our whole experience complete and wonderful. After so many viewings, coming close to closing, wanting more than we can imagine, viewing the impossible or horrific houses sadly, we found our house. Seasons would come and we would see each other in shorts, pants and jackets, but finally after being told “no” we heard “yes, bid has been accepted.” From then on, it was a journey of support and faith.
  Ms. Gloria in all these seasons, dealing with our emotions and of course working with other families never failed to put a smile on our faces. Her attempts, strategies, persona, communication was professional and delightful. She knew our hardship, feelings and more importantly affordability. Never, did she once make it seem like it was impossible. She gave “The American Dram” a new meaning to us and that is what we represent; a humble family who has strived to be where they are, because of the opportunities and people like Ms. Gloria Craven.
  As the daughter of the owner, I thank you Ms. Gloria for our crazy adventures and viewing.
