I will keep it real. Frankie is a gentleman but the service quality is acceptable just not great. The clothes didn't smell good, the white shirt that he promised to remove the stain from still had the stain. My gym shirt had a hole in it. I wish u well Frankie, u sounded like a good man, I know U can do better, for now I have to speak my truth & do what's best for me.

I Met Frank tonight he introduced himself and was very friendly! One of the nicest interactions you’ll have in the city. Can tell building relationships is still apart of his business.

We tried Lincoln laundry because our regular laundry service was closed. The service is amazing, pick up and drop off were seamless, and the clothes have never smelled fresher. And Frank, what a gem. He was attentive, responsive and so accommodating. Needless to say, we have a new laundry service.

Same day service before 12pm , greeted with a smile!! Owner operated!!! Had the pleasure to meet Frankie and was welcomed with open arms. Clean , fair priced , and professional. Thanks guys we will be back!!!
