I have been seeing Dr Perez now for about 3 years One of the best doctors I have ever been to for pain management very smart and stays up on new methods of treatment I highly recommend the Calmare Treatment for pain... And he is the only doctor that has this machine and it works I've had many treatments He truly cares about his patients He has the patience of a saint listening and giving you the best advice he can .. also has the best PT staff and front office staff is the best even when you call them for a question they take the time to help you out they are extremely helpful everyone is extremely nice and friendly the environment is great a good positive vibe.. 💯 recommend Dr Perez for pain management and PT.. And also other methods he can speak to you about
I just saw him for the first time and was recommended by my cousin. He is nice and polite, shook my hand which barley any doctor does. He’s professional and he’s straight forward. He knows what to do to address a problem. His staff was nice as well and helpful.

Dr Perez is one of the best Doctors on Staten Island, he’s caring, warm and listens to your concerns. His staff is wonderful and so nice. I’m so sad that I have to leave them as a patient because I’m moving. I would completely recommend DR Perez and his wonderful staff for anyone with chronic pain or pain in general. Anyone who wrote a negative review is out of their mind or must of been kicked out for failing a drug test.
