  I went to Jodi many years ago twice and had to do this review. She is caring and professional. She weighs you everytime you go there. She takes measurements of your body. Explains how much body fat she's calculated. She gives you handouts every time you go there. She explains things in great detail about nutrition. She takes a detailed medical history and she is just sweet

  Jodie is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness. I’ve been with many trainers in the past who have put me on a “cookie-cutter” diet/workout regime, yielding little to no results. Jodie is different – she genuinely cares, and takes the time to get to know you and your lifestyle in order to put together a sustainable plan that will help you reach your goals. I have seen amazing physical results with her so far, but the mental growth is also something to speak of. She has passed on so much of her knowledge regarding nutrition to help teach me what it means to truly turn this into a lifestyle. Jodie really knows her stuff. I’m so happy I found her, and can’t recommend her enough!

  I am so glad I found Jodie! She is an awesome Nutritionist/Dietician! She knows the exact nutrition plan you need to get the results you want. She is also a Personal Trainer, which is great, because she tells you the type of training/exercise you should do to go along with your nutrition plan which helps in achieving your goals! I am so happy with my results and have learned so much from her!
